Being fit and living healthy is what I know and love. I have practiced Inline hockey, football,  climbing, skiing, running, bodybuilding, crossfit as well as many other sports and physical activities. What they all have in common and I enjoy the most is setting a personal goal and archiving it, be it physical, performance wise or mentally. My wish is for others to feel the same, that is why I decided to become a Personal Trainer, studying Sports Science at University to acquire the necessary knowledge to go along with my passion.
